How To Add Signature in Outlook Email 2016 / 2019

Method01 Add Signature In Outlook For Windows From Outlook Client

Outlook email service is primary email client for almost all windows users. Actually, it works great on this program because outlook also powered by Microsoft. Adding new signature for outlook from windows is very easy. Additionally, we can create multiple signature for different email account from same platform.

1. Open Outlook on pc, go to “File“ and open it

2. Next, click on “Options“ from left section.

3. Click on “Mail” from new window, then click “Signatures…” option as shown in screenshot.

4. Now the new “Signature & Stationary” section will appear in front of you.

5. Click on “new” button and type any name in “New Signature” section and click “OK” when done.

6. Give the signature a name. Any type of name will do.

This is an optional options to add more details : Under the “Choose default signature” area, select the “E-mail account” that you want to add in signature. Also select the name of the signature in the “New messages” and/or “Replies/forwards” fields as desired. Finally go to “Edit signature” area and write the signature just as you would like it to appear in your messages.

7. End of the adding signature details in OutLook signature box, Click “OK“ and you’re done. After this your new signature will be added to the bottom of your email messages.
8. Done!!!

Method02 Add Signature In Microsoft Outlook – From Outlook Web Access [ OWA ]

1. Login to your OWA account and open Outlook Web .

2. Once the outlook opened, find and click on “gear icon” from the top upper-right corner area.

3. Select “Settings” on the left pane or “search “Email Signature” from “Quick settings” section.
4. Set your signature under the “Email Signature” section. Check mark on “Automatically include my signature on messages I send” box if desired.

5. Click on “Save“ to add Outlook signature in your mail.

NOTE:

• Official Microsoft Outlook email editor offers basic formatting tools. If you are not satisfied with the pre-installed effects, you can use free email signature generator to create new  ready-to-use signature template. After adjusting the template according to your requirements, simply copy/paste it to Outlook editor and you are done.

• After creating a new signature for your Outlook mail, ff you didn’t select this Outlook signature as a default, then you need to add it manually every time with new messages.
