Make sure you have .pac format file to flash and you have download the latest SPD flash tool to flash Spreadtrum phone.
Instructions to learn how to use SPD flash tool?
- Install Spreadtrum usb drivers on pc. [if required]
- Next, extract the downloaded firmware on desktop. [Firmware must be in .pac format]
- Now again extract the downloaded SPD flash tool and run “ReserchDownload.exe” file as administrator.
- Now, click on “Load Packets” gear icon and browse the Firmware.pac file from firmware folder.
- After this, click on “Play Button” to start the flashing process.
- Come to your device, remove the battery for once and insert again.
- Press Volume Up key as to boot key & plug the USB cable at the same time.
Please Note: Boot key may be different for different devices. So, Do google and find the correct boot key of your device.
- Once it will detect your device, flashing process will start and it will take 4-5 minutes to flash firmware.
- End of the process, it will show green “Passed” message on the flash tool window.
- Unplug the device and setup again with newly installed firmware.
